The Beta Testing Advisor/Project Dirctor will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of DermPro Connect’s 3-month beta program. This is a hybrid role combining strategic advisory input with hands-on project management. You’ll design and oversee a white-glove onboarding experience for both clinician users and expert faculty, manage engagement and feedback workflows, and ensure we capture the insights needed to refine the product ahead of full launch.
This is an equity-based, advisory position ideal for an experienced project manager, product manager, or customer success leader with strong communication and user engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and manage the overall beta testing roadmap (pre-launch preparation → active testing → post-beta analysis).
- Advise the Founder on beta best practices, success metrics, and milestone tracking.
White-Glove Onboarding
- Lead personalized onboarding for clinician users and expert faculty to ensure seamless first-time access.
- Create and refine onboarding resources (quick-start guides, FAQs, video walkthroughs).
- Host kickoff sessions and live check-ins to confirm user readiness and engagement.
Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison for all beta participants, providing concierge-style support and timely follow-up.
- Maintain high engagement through regular updates, reminders, and progress highlights.
- Identify and proactively re-engage inactive users to maintain momentum.
Feedback & Insights Management
- Implement structured feedback systems (surveys, interviews, in-app feedback).
- Collect, organize, and synthesize feedback from both clinician users and expert faculty.
- Deliver a Beta Insights Report summarizing findings, engagement metrics, and recommendations for v2.
Post-Beta Transition
- Coordinate closing communications and acknowledgments for beta participants.
- Support documentation for the Beta Impact Report and post-beta strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in beta program management, customer success, or project management (health tech, SaaS, or digital health preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital health workflows or clinician engagement is a plus.
Commitment & Compensation
- Duration: 3 months (beta phase)
- Time Commitment: ~5–6 hours per week (flexible)
- Compensation: Equity-based (advisor-level grant commensurate with scope and experience)
